mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";">「奇怪,我明明就吃素,怎麼還會三酸甘油酯偏高?而且一般常聽說膽固醇指數偏高,跟心血管疾病有密切關係,原來三酸甘油酯偏高也會引起心血管疾病?」家祥把報告拿來仔細研究一下,上面除了總膽固醇外,還有高密度、低密度膽固醇以及三酸甘油酯,這下家祥可糊塗了,不知道這些數值高低的意義,又擔心偏高的三酸甘油酯對健康是個威脅,只好乖乖到醫院接受治療。</span></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"> </p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: "新細明體","serif"; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";">針對這類情況,沐光臨床營養機構營養師程涵宇表示,要遠離心血管疾病等慢性疾病,光是控制膽固醇還不夠,也要注意三酸甘油酯指數,別以為吃素就不會有心血管疾病的風險,臨床上見過很多茹素患者都是膽固醇指數正常,唯獨三酸甘油酯指數偏高,但因身體也不痛不癢,沒什麼異狀,長時間下來,演變成中風、心肌梗塞、糖尿病、脂肪肝等代謝症候群疾病,這是因為平時飲食吃太油、太甜。建議民眾若發現三酸甘油酯指數偏高,飲食應遵循少油、少糖、高纖為原則,並養成定時定量的進食習慣,才能維持三酸甘油酯指數的平穩。</span></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"> </p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 100, 0);"><strong><span style="font-family: "新細明體","serif"; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";">三酸甘油酯、膽固醇傻傻分不清楚?程涵宇說,一般檢查心血管疾病的風險,會利用脂質檢查的組合來判斷,包括:總膽固醇(</span>Total Cholesterol<span style="font-family: "新細明體","serif"; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";">,</span>TC<span style="font-family: "新細明體","serif"; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";">)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(好的膽固醇,</span>HDL-C<span style="font-family: "新細明體","serif"; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";">)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(壞的膽固醇,</span>LDL-C<span style="font-family: "新細明體","serif"; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";">),以及三酸甘油酯(</span>Triglyceride<span style="font-family: "新細明體","serif"; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";">很多人以為膽固醇指數愈高,心血管疾病風險也愈高,其實不然!程涵宇表示,膽固醇總指數並不是造成心血管疾病的罪魁禍首,因為膽固醇分為好的膽固醇及壞的膽固醇,這兩種脂蛋白對於心血管疾病剛好是兩種相反的作用,好的膽固醇對於血管維護是必需的,而壞的膽固醇會促進動脈硬化,所以檢查膽固醇時,可不要只關心總膽固醇指數,應注意是哪一種膽固醇增加或減少,壞的膽固醇過高才是造成心血管疾病的兇手。</span></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"> </p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: "新細明體","serif"; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";">為什麼還要關心三酸甘油酯指數呢?程涵宇解釋,三酸甘油酯是維持人體生命不可或缺的能量來源,是人體最主要的脂肪來源,體脂肪就是以此形式儲存,其中,</span>95<span style="font-family: "新細明體","serif"; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";">%的三酸甘油酯主要是由日常飲食中的脂肪、碳水化合物轉化而來,所以當飲食中出現過多的脂肪(尤其是飽和脂肪),以及糖類等時,負責分解脂肪的肝臟,會將過多的脂肪轉化成三酸甘油酯,當三酸甘油酯不斷上升時,就會造成好的膽固醇值下降,壞的膽固醇上升,於是就容易引起心血管疾病等健康風險,這就是為什麼進行脂質檢查時,也要檢測三酸甘油酯指數的原因。</span></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"> </p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: "新細明體","serif"; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";">當血管中的膽固醇及三酸高油酯過高,就會在動脈血管中沉積形成硬塊,導致內膜變厚,血管慢慢失去彈性,變得更窄,當血管有的部位細、有的地方粗的時候,血流過去就會時快時慢,容易有栓塞或剝落的情況,接著就會引起因血液阻塞而造成的冠狀動脈疾病,更嚴重的會增加血管壞死、心肌梗塞、中風或猝死的風險。此外,若體內三酸甘油酯代謝異常,長久下來,也容易與脂肪肝、糖尿病、胰臟炎、膽結石、膽囊炎等疾病有密切關係。</span></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"> </p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: "新細明體","serif"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";">吃太甜也是造成三酸甘油酯的主要因素,因為碳水化合物會刺激脂肪的生成,進而影響三酸甘油酯的濃度。因為攝取過多糖分,比如:精緻糖製作的麵包、糕餅、零食、含糖飲料等食物,皆會導致血液好的膽固醇濃度變低,增加心血管疾病的風險。程涵宇提醒,還有一項容易被民眾忽略的就是「水果」,很多人懶得煮青菜,便以為吃水果也能達到每日五蔬果的好處,事實上,常見臨床上病患三酸甘油酯指數偏高,都是因為過量攝取含糖分較高的水果,像是喜歡吃香蕉、鳳梨、哈密瓜等的民眾,應多加注意!</span></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"> </p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;">3.<span style="font-family: "新細明體","serif";
